Structure and Delivery

BabyCues Consultations will be delivered in person or online by Philippa Murphy.

The masterclasses, courses or webinars available are either self-paced, or held in person by Philippa Murphy.

The masterclasses, courses or webinars that are self-paced will be available to you to download on your purchase.

The webinars that are held directly by Philippa Murphy, will be issued an email with your ticket/link to join the webinar that you have purchased.

Video's will be downloadable, or accessible, from time of purchase.

eBooks will be available for you to download directly on purchase.

All products are shipped from New Zealand and will be charged postal fees and delivered as per the external provider’s delivery time. While BabyCues Ltd takes all measures to assure delivery within NZ & AUS of 5-10 business days and 10-15 business days for International deliveries, we are not liable for slow or non receipt of posted goods.

In regards to BabyCues services, the delivery of these will change as per availability or scheduled dates.

Fees & Method of Payment

By purchasing any of the BabyCues products and services, you agree to pay the advertised price, and where applicable, it is your responsibility to check the equivalent in your local currency.

All purchases made via the BabyCues Online Shop will be quoted in New Zealand dollars. 

All online webinar subscriptions or courses purchased via the BabyCues website will be quoted in your currency or US dollars.

All other services provided by BabyCues (not covered by points 1 and 2 above) will be quoted and invoiced in one of the following currencies; New Zealand dollars, Australian dollars, United States dollars, Great Britain pounds, South African Rand, Canadian dollars or in Euros. 

All prices exclude GST.

Your payment is processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. BabyCues Limited will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAYs secure servers.

We do not retain credit card details provided during payment and your information is managed by the Privacy Policy of the third-party payment processor selected by you for payment. We do however retain transaction record information for future reference which does include a partial credit card number to assist with purchase enquiries.

We reserve the right to change these prices from time to time. Please check the website for updated pricing information.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the delivery of all BabyCues Services, no refund is available for change of mind, or not being able to attend on the date of a webinar or consultation for any reason.

A refund may be considered where there is a breach of consumer guarantees under The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of New Zealand. Any request for a refund for any such breach must be in writing to admin@babycues.info

Your Responsibilities

You agree that you must complete any webinars, books or course you have purchased to obtain the full benefit of them.

You agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from any service you have purchased from BabyCues Ltd.

You agree that individual results may vary and that it is possible that you may not achieve the expected results and that your learning and outcome is dependent upon your commitment to completion and personal skills and abilities and not the responsibility of BabyCues Ltd.

As a consumer you have the right to complain under The Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights (the Code) which establishes the rights of consumers, and the obligations and duties of providers to comply with the Code. You also have the right to contact the Health and Disability Commissioner.

As per the code, Philippa Murphy, trading as BabyCues Ltd and Murphy Media, will facilitate the fair, simple, speedy, and efficient resolution of complaints. As the provider within this business, Philippa Murphy, trading as BabyCues Ltd and Murphy Media will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, in writing, within 5 working days, unless resolved prior to this. All actions on the complaint will be documented and the consumer will receive all information held by Philippa Murphy, trading as BabyCues Ltd and Murphy Media that is or may be relevant to the complaint. Within ten working days of giving written acknowledgement of a complaint, Philippa Murphy, trading as BabyCues Ltd and Murphy Media, will decide whether the complaint is justified, or does not accept that the complaint is justified, or extend the time required to investigate the complaint, informing the consumer and providing reasons for this. Otherwise the consumer will be informed about their complaint within one month of receiving. The response would include whether Philippa Murphy, trading as BabyCues Ltd and Murphy Media,  accepts the complaint as being justified, the reasons for the decision, actions taken by Philippa Murphy, trading as BabyCues Ltd and Murphy Media, any appeal procedure the provider has in place.

All material produced by Philippa Murphy and BabyCues Ltd, including but not limited to webinar content, course content, manuals, videos, are the property of Philippa Murphy, BabyCues Ltd, Murphy Media and/or affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, inclusive of the New Zealand Copyright law, 2010 and all other applicable international, federal, state and local laws, with ALL rights reserved. No part of any contents may be copied, or changed in any format, sold, or used in any way other than what is outlined within www.babycues.info and blog.babycues.info and www.babycuesacademy.com under any circumstances without express written permission from the director and owner of BabyCues Ltd.

All material produced by Philippa Murphy and BabyCues Ltd, including but not limited to course content, manuals, videos, is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.

You may not use any of the materials available within courses or within any program of BabyCues Ltd or Murphy Media in a manner that infringes any of our rights or that has not been authorised by us.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from this platform or any program without the express permission of Philippa Murphy.
